Once your service call has been dispatched to one of our service providers, you can track the status of the service call through your customer portal including the exact location of the service provider. You will also receive automated notifications by text or email every step of the way to inform you on the status of the call.

At the end of the service call, we will automatically send you our invoice with all details of the service call. With easy and secure online payment options available, you can instantly pay for your service call and immediately receive confirmation of your payment.
Rate the Service Provider
As Road Dogs believes in accountability, we encourage our customers to rate the service provider after the service call is completed. Our service providers are held to a high standard and must maintain a high star rating in order for them to do work for us.
